Yuksalish Eco City: one station supplying water to 1,000 apartments
October 15, 20263 min read
Eco City in Samarkand has 1,000 apartments, and all of them get their water from a single pump station — one we built. Here is the story of our project for Yuksalish group.
A small neighbourhood
Eco City is Yuksalish group's residential complex in Samarkand: European-style six-storey buildings with mansard roofs, spacious courtyards, flower beds and leisure areas. It is built in two styles — classic buildings with mansards and modern Hi-Tech blocks — and has its own school, kindergarten, sports hall and walking areas.

The challenge: the same pressure everywhere
Six floors may not sound like much. But when 1,000 apartments open their taps at once — especially in the morning and evening — demand spikes, and long pipe runs across the complex eat away at pressure. The client needed a powerful station that could serve the whole complex from one point, at the same pressure, at any hour.
Our solution
We built a four-pump cascade station. At low demand a single pump runs; as consumption rises, the frequency drive brings further pumps online and shares the load between them. No energy is wasted at night, and pressure holds up on the top floors even at peak hours.

Right on schedule
The order arrived on 25 September 2025 and assembly started a week later. The station was fully built and tested in our workshop and handed over on 25 November — exactly on the agreed date. Today all 1,000 apartments at Eco City get their water through the BMS station, which carries a 24-month warranty.
